Not to good with words, but Dr. Knapp has changed my view on chiropractic care & exercise. For about 2ish years I struggled with pain in my neck, back, shoulders etc, and I’m not talking about being a little sore. Some days I could barely get my socks on without tearing up or I could barely raise my shoulder. This caused me to be trapped in a cage of fear. I was scared to do anything physical & it mentally screwed with me. Dr. Knapp “opened the cage” I’m still somewhat cautious of physical activity, but I’m not afraid of it & I’ve done “tests” & every physical thing I’ve done my body has reacted “normally” I’m 24 years old & I feel 18 haha.
