Outstanding experience with Plummers today. I scheduled a maintenance service and they got me in within a couple of weeks. Today the technician shows up first thing, he probed the back yard a few times, dug a small hole, and found the tank right away. He was done within a matter of minutes and the price was even far less than expected. I can’t wait to have them back out in a few years for another maintenance and checkup.
Highly recommend these guys. I called on a Saturday evening over a holiday weekend (!!!) with a septic emergency and they not only answered my call (only ones out of 9 or 10 places I called) but they came out the next morning. Everyone I spoke to there was very nice, very professional, and they clearly care about their business. Don't hesitate to call!
The young men did an outstanding job at my house. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Very pleased with service. The price was much better than the quote I got from a competitor. Will use them again in a few years!
