“I am pleased with the results of my care from all the staff at Health Motion. I have a torn rotator cuff in my L shoulder. After doing PT with them, I have increased ROM, strength, and less discomfort with movement. The therapy combined with the exercises I was given to do at home are what made the difference. The staff was kind, listened well to how I was doing, and adjusted the plan to make it the best according to my symptoms to reach maximum recovery. They had another Physical Therapist, who also was part of the team, evaluate my ROM and symptoms in the shoulder and make recommendations. “I loved the hot infrared sauna here! I let the office manager know an hour before I was arriving and she turned the sauna on so it was hot before I arrived. The sauna is very clean, private, and they provide cozy bath robe, music, towels, tea, and water. I love that you do not need a membership, the price is super inexpensive, and you can literally walk down the hall and get a massage or do a yoga class after.“
