“I noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, but so far the customer service I have received has been excellent. Anyone I have spoke to over the phone has had the best customer service I've dealt with in years. Also, after the call, there is a one question survey, asking if you would hire the customer service agent you just spoke to if you owned a customer service business. I have to go in tomorrow to get a spot checked out on my eyeball and I hope I receive the same customer service, I have so far. If I haven't, I will edit this review so if it's still up here, it was all excellent.“

She prioritizes patient comfort and took the time to explain each step before moving forward. She also has a great sense of humor making the exam a great pleasure. The supporting staff were also great and are very welcoming.“
