“I was a walk in with no appt just seeing how soon I could get an appt. Destiny and Liz immediately started my exams, worked with me to pick out the best frames in the price range I wanted and got the order in that day. Dr Jones is so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about what my needs are. I'm transitioning to the age where I need more help with distance. She took the time to answer every question I had and made great recommendations for my glasses and contacts. The store has scores of frames in different styles and prices. And there are attractive frames in ALL of the prices too. I even got a discount on prescription sunglasses because I used my insurance. All members of the staff at this store are smart, friendly, professional, ready to help you without being pushy. They jump up to help you with anything you need. During my order process, I overheard one staff explaining to a customer on the phone about the features that were covered by her insurance, taking the time to add and re-add the total depending on what that customer elected or rejected. Liz was so patient with the customer and I could tell the customer expressed her gratefulness for Liz's patience with her. Great place to go for your eyecare needs!!!“

“I was happy to know America's Best Contact & Glasses was nearby in Centerpointe instead of going all the way to E beltline. The staff and eye doctor were really nice. I especially enjoy talking to Shy there who also help me see what best glasses for me and deals for them i had for my insurances (as well talk about anime). Ended up getting three pair of glasses none the less happy with purchase and enjoy my experiences within this company. Can't wait for glasses now? because eyes needed to be checked out from last two years and I'm literally on computer for hours at my job.“

“I sat on my glasses and they got all bent. I thought I'll have to get a new pair. But my sister told me to try Walmart. I stopped at this one (at 5859 28th St) on May 23, 2023 at around 3pm. The lovely Christine took my glasses in back and came back in a few minutes...my glasses were like new...they fit perfect! She gives off such kind energy, and the best help with a smile. Next time I want a new frame (maybe in 6 months or a year) I will buy them here only because of her. If by chance, she is no longer working here, then I'll leave and go somewhere else to find frames. I hope she gets promoted a lot, I like her, a great personality.“
“Dr. Henry is an excellent physician and I have received great care from this practice for 20 years. However a recent incident caused me to leave. I've had a series of strokes that left me with vision and other physical problems, and Dr. Henry was keep track of my vision problems. Because of the results of the strokes I am very slow in performing the usual tasks like washing, food prep, and other stuff. And I am extremely tired, falling asleep frequently.Because of all this stuff I was late for an appointment with Dr. Henry. I was told I was a "no-show," because I was 15 minutes late, and would be charged a fee for this.I was not a "no-show." I was late.So I decided that I need to find another Opthalmologist for this appointment and I cancelled my appointment.I am sorry to have left because Dr. Henry is a good and caring physician.“

“Guy helping me with the glasses said I was farsighted and I know for a fact I'm near sighted. I need glasses to see far away. I can read fine without glasses. Because of that mistake I bought the higher priced lenses because I didn't want coke bottle lenses which I could have gotten the polycarbonate lense or ones above those(thinner) not the most expensive ones. but whatever“
