Chapton Construction was the first contractor I contacted that actually got back to me in a quick and timely manner. While others took days/weeks to respond, Chapton replied within minutes/hours. I shopped around and his estimates were lower than other quotes. I decided to go with Chapton based on reviews. I'm glad I did. After my garage was built, I went out to find someone to build my driveway. A few quotes later and I hired Chapton again. After the driveway was done, I asked for a quote on siding to match the garage and we agreed that his company would also be hired for my siding. Just prior to the COVID pandemic I demo'd our entire basement (including small bath and kitchen) down to the stud, removing wood panel and drop ceiling. For years since we have tried unsuccessfully to retain a crew to drywall the space - a large-scale and complex job. Another contractor referred me to Chapton, and I feel so grateful. Lawrence (Larry) and his team were affable, strong communicators. Their work was top notch, with creativity where needed, and attention to detail throughout. Thank you to Wayne for coordinating.
