They were very professional from the initial estimate all the way through turnover. I love the fact that you get daily text messages with pictures updating progress. The floors turned out so beautiful and we are beyond happy with the finished product. The response time to questions was almost instantaneous. Top notch!

We had Old 2 Gold refinish, repair and lay new flooring, and could not be happier with the results! Chris and Rowdy were knowledgeable about their product, quick with the assessment and getting us on their schedule. Nick and Wes, the technicians, were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job from start to finish and Shawna was quick to respond all communication and scheduling. It was a great experience from the entire time from start to finish!
