They are fabulous!! Been a customer for over 15 years. Nicole and Nick have taken the business under their wings and they are continuing all things great! I always leave with beautiful nails and toes . I am relaxed and appreciative of their suggestions, kindness and customer service. Highly recommend!!!

This is the only nail salon I’ll go to in Grand Rapids. Nick has been doing my nails for 15 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The salon is incredibly clean and the staff is super friendly! They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied!Services: Nail painting

I had my first pedicure in 5 years today . I choose Crystal Nails and Spa because it is new and close to home. Anna was my technician. Anna did an absolutely wonderful job! The store was new clean the massage chair was awesome. I'll come back because of Anna she was the highlight of my experience.
