What a wonderful business!! They not only diagnosed the issue with my carpet cleaner they totally handled my warranty claim!! I would highly recommend this business for the expertise and professionalism.

We just purchased two vacuums from Vac World. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and recommended just the right products for our needs. It’s so nice to be able to still make a purchase from an independent shop that stands behind the products they carry and provide repair service should we need it. We would strongly recommend Vac World.

I don’t write too many reviews, but these guys are terrific. I brought in my machine and they gave me a lesson on how to clean it and sold me a seven dollar gizmo so I could do it at home myself. Highly recommended
