“My daughter has always done her hair her with Alyssa, so she took me here for my birthday to get my hair done for the first time. The place was clean & had a nice vibe/ atmosphere upon walking in. I told Alyssa what I was looking for but also showed her a few pictures of a few different styles I liked. She listened & immediately had a plan. I told her I was game to try new things/ colors. Somewhat grey now with age, she matched my regular natural color & hilighted areas of my head throughout. I loved the colors she chose & the haircut she did for me! She's an absolute gem in this place!! Her professionalism & input helped me out so much! I will be going back to Alyssa for sure to redo my hair needs & hair cut. I haven't ever found one good stylist I'd felt exceptional about, but now I have! I can not express enough gratitude for her skills & knowledge. I shall return here soon. “Very knowledgeable and helpful. She cares about the health of your lashes and you having long lasting results. I came to her after my first lash tech moved to Detroit and me trying several of the wrong lash techs & shops. I was exhausted from chair hopping. She actually sent me away without lashes my first time because my real lashes were so tattered and damaged. She didn’t just take my money and slap lashes on slipshod. She sent me home with a care regimen to follow for a month til my real lashes were healthy. Been going to her ever since. I get volume sets and I love them!! Even without make up I still feel polished and pretty with my lashes and a little lip gloss!!“

“I've been coming to Erika for almost a year now, and I can safely say that she is the only lash tech I will ever make an appointment with for the rest of my life. I am a licensed nail technician (and have worked in a salon in close proximity to estheticians) so I know what procedures need to be followed in order to keep a sanitary environment and can personally vouch for Erika's consistency in following proper protocol. She also has always made sure I feel comfortable in her suite, letting me know when she's about to make any movement noises so I don't get startled since my eyes are closed, always tells me when she's going to put cleanser on which eye when cleansing the lashes at the beginning of the appointment. Also, there aren't even words to describe the feather light touch she has. It is VERY easy for me to fall asleep during appointments because it feels like barely anything. & My natural lashes are still just as healthy as before I started getting extensions because of the care that Erika puts in.
