“From the first phone message from Emily and chat with Joe, I felt comfortable moving forward with Senior Helpers to help my mom after a broken arm left her unable to do so much. Joe came in person to meet us and assigned a caregiver to fit my mom’s needs and schedule. He then came with Jamison to acclimate her. Jamison is an exceptional young lady, easy to get along with and very sweet person. She was eager to help mom, do anything she asked and just be there to keep her company over long days. We appreciate all the personal touches and support she gave. In fact, we are sad to have concluded care. But Jamison is top notch, and she works for top notch people like Joe, Emily and Taylor. It was a pleasure to know you all , to receive exceptional care and will reach out again when we have a need!! Thanks to all!!”

Her nurses, Nikki and Aysia were AWESOME. And, her aides (especially Victoria) were just great! Everyone cared for mom with the greatest of compassion, kindness and respect. Communication between staff and us was excellent and it felt like all of us together were walking the journey. The Medical Team’s staff visited mom several times a week and did everything possible to attend to her needs. We are so grateful that this wonderful group of ladies walked the journey with us and highly recommend them for any family seeking hospice care.”
