Ok- I am mainly writing to combat the one negative review they have here. To write a bad review because the owner put a 24hr cancellation policy in place is insane. If she doesn't do that- than a person like in the review can be taking a spot from someone else. It is. Limited group as there is limited equipment. This studio is lovely and clean. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and had a HUGE passion for what she does! I highly recommend the studio and of course the Pilates they offer.

BodyMind Pilates is beyond fantastic. They offer highly personalized training and the work they do is like nowhere else. Although BodyMind classes are not a medical service, I strongly believe that the work they do is, in many cases, more effective than physical therapy for many people. I take privates with Hannah and Carolina and both are so knowledgeable and kind. After failing to progress in PT for years and never being able to participate in exercise due to pain, the work I am doing with BodyMind has helped me to learn about body mechanics and neurological connections to muscles and I am finally able to make progress, especially in core work. Carolina and Hannah are both wonderful teachers. They help you see and feel the good and bad habits of your body and teach exercises that strengthen the deepest parts of the muscles. Classes focus on strength, balance, stability, motion, and working the senses for overall health.
