“Every time I visit or have any interaction with the team at IMWM I always feel compelled to write a review, but never get a chance to actually write one before the rest of life's hecticness takes over and I forget - so here I go!

Top notch staff there at IMWM - from the front desk, to the nurses, and all the way on to the physician assistants and doctors. They all make you feel welcome, informed and part of the community. Special shoutout to Alicia, who, from my second appointment on remembered my face and name, congratulated and complimented me on my weight loss completely unprompted (and appropriately so, because this is something I had mentioned working on prior), and is always such a joy to be around.

Getting in for an appointment is always straightforward and prioritized based on severity of needs. They've even granted me leniency on 1 or 2 occasions to move my appointment around in the day when I was running late - no late charge, missed appointment fee, or reprimanding, just decency and understanding that we're all human. You don't have to worry about feeling like a patient ID in a spreadsheet or a pocketbook here.

Dr. Izzo is a professional through and through. He's always got a smile on his face, is very understanding, and makes you feel like your problems are his and that you're working together to get the care that works for you. He's certainly not a pushover doctor by any means, either. He's sure to put your health first when he's communicating with you, but he never communicates in a way that's condescending or dismissive. I really feel like he chose the right career for the right reasons - because he cares about people and wants to help those in need. One time he even personally called another provider on my behalf when I was having an issue with their plan of care and offered to give me a new referral elsewhere.

I'm grateful this practice was recommended to me several years ago, and I can't recommended Dr. Izzo and the rest of the team at IMWM enough.”
