Control Electric completed the GENERAC install on 15 June 26. Work was completed within the time frame promised. All technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Aubree is fantastic and kept me informed throughout the process. Russ delivered exactly what he promised and what I paid for. Side Note: I’ve lost power at my home 4 times in 2026. I’m very much looking fwd to the next power outage to prove to me GENERAC does what it promises.
Overall, very pleased with Control Electric and the entire staff. I’ll follow up after next power loss.
They were helpful and easy to work with. There was some work that was missed. I called concerning it and they fixed what I requested in a very cooperative way. I plan to do more business with them.
Aubrey was so professional and so was my technician. She made this process as smooth as possible. Efficient reasonable price. Was at my house within the hour of me calling. I needed someone same day as I had a new stove being delivered in the afternoon.
