Service was excellent! More than I expected! It was our first maintenance since we got our Generact and not expecting the ongoing maintenance from the company or quality of service! So happy we purchased this generator! Thankyou Control Electric!

Did a great job of walking us through the options and getting our generator installed. I had to contact them a time or two throughout the process to make sure we were still on the schedule, as it can take a few weeks between steps, but we got through it and now we have a brand new generator! Very exciting.

Carson was there on time, did the annual generator maintenance and also let me know that we have rodent issues. He recommended we get a rodent kit to minimize any damage, which we ordered and will have Carson install it when it arrives.
