Kula. Is. Awesome. I just got back from the Kula camping retreat, and it was truly a special experience. The best part was the warm and fun atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and kind from the moment I arrived. Kula truly lives up to its name (Kula means Community). Megan and the other teachers do such intentional and effective work to create a healthy culture where it’s easy to feel welcome. Our Friday night goat yoga outing was a wonderful experience of connecting with nature and finding a lightheartedness in our practice. From the moment I stepped inside the door at Kula, I knew I was home. Megan, Danae, and their team are some of the most genuine and kind people I know. Not only do I benefit greatly from yin yoga, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra, but I also am enriched by joy of learning new things about myself. The atmosphere and space at Kula is absolutely magical! Add in sound bath healings, Aroma-restore and AromaYin and you have a recipe for a whole new you. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can offer is this. My husband of 30 years agreed to go with me to a restorative yoga class one time. I want to thank Kula for being such an amazing experience for me this year! I love coming to my mat and enjoy every class I take. If you are looking for a great Yoga Community this is the place! Cheers to Kula!
