Andrew was very friendly and courteous, he shared all the information that he could share with me at this time, explaining to me what the process is for home warranty work as well as financing options that are available without home warranty handling the repair. I appreciate all the information he shared and look forward to working with Whitney Services with or without the home warranty covering it.
Great experience and service! My Air Conditioning was not working and instead of trying to state the whole unit needs to be replaced, he was able to identify the minor part that needed replacement and now I have cool air working again. 10/10 would recommend
