She also made time to give me some helpful advice and reassurance a week later when I was no longer in the area but concerned about some swelling. “Braylie pierced my rook and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the other staff!!! Everyone was so kind. He took the time to explain the whole thing, gave me the time to relax beforehand and was so quick. I’ve heard bad things about getting your rook pierced and my pain tolerance is so low, but it was genuinely painless and even the next day it is hardly aching. Will be going back for other piercings and can’t recommend enough!!!!“
