1971 E Beltline Ave NE #102, Grand Rapids“I have been going consistently for a couple years now and I'm so glad I finally found a form of movement that I enjoy. One of the things that keeps me coming back is how good the instructors are. They offer modifications or new things to add onto movements for more support or more of a challenge, or they'll include tips to help with posture and I'll notice things I didn't even think about and get to fix them to improve my form. For me, it is well worth the cost. I will gladly pay the membership fee for better health as I grow older.“

1331 Lake Dr SE, Grand Rapids“Have been coming to the Eastown location on and off for years and would be a member if it weren’t for the long commute. Truly the best yoga studio in the GR area. All the teachers are fantastic, love that they take time to help and adjust if needed, and you leave feeling so great. PLEASE, PLEASE open a location in the Byron Center/Grandville area! The other studios in this area just don’t compare to Funky Buddha.“

1430 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids“I started acupuncture with Craig the last week of December after plateauing in physical therapy with lower back pain. I needed to add something to the treatment plan. I had convinced myself that I was too shy of needles to ever have acupuncture. A dear friend and client of Craig's encouraged me to try it. I am so glad she did. Acupuncture has been a game changer in managing my chronic and acute pain. I have joined the porcupine club and go weekly. Craig's knowledge and experience with acupuncture is deep. He is a master. Each session, we discuss the outcome of the previous session, my current challenges, and decide on the day's treatment plan. I started with one area and now am comfortable with multiple. Some areas responded instantly (hello knees!) and for others it has been a slow progression. I will eventually get to a maintenance routine, but for now, the weekly sessions are a must. I am grateful. My pain is more manageable which makes everything a little easier.“
