The gentleman who helped me, I believe, was the owner. Great experience was able to get my key programmed with in the time he gave me. It actually only took 10 minutes versus the 30 or so. Wil definitely be going back instead of going elsewhere.

I'm going to keep it real and not blow any smoke. I felt it was pricey for 200.00 for a fob and key ( combo ) for my avenger but the service was excellent . Chris returned my call and set it up to come to my house. He literally had it done when he pulled up no wait no fuss just done . I also see now 200 is a good deal compared to a dealership which needed my car to be towed and charged way more then 200. So only because 200.00 hurt my pocket did I give it 4 out of 5. Thanks Chris hopefully I won't need you again but if I do your who I'm calling !

Amazing company! I purchased a used truck with only one key. I was having issues starting the truck and though it was the key. These guys spent a lot of time trying to program a new key for my vehicle before ultimately determining that I had a larger ignition issue. They did not charge me for their time and they were very apologetic to me even though it was not their fault. They are very knowledgeable, pricing is amazing, and customer service is top notch! I will not be calling anyone else from now on! I highly recommend Add A Key and want to say thank you for their amazing service!
