Paul and Nico continue to impress us with their availability and ability to quickly resolve our computer issues. A recent Quickbooks update, changed our settings so that we could no longer email out invoices, purchase orders, etc. After spending almost THREE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT, I got Paul on a conference call with me and Quickbooks. He found and fixed the problem in NO TIME!!!
Nico just fixed a similar Quickbooks issue that surprised me when I logged in this morning. These guys and this company provides fantastic IT support and customer service. Thanks Paul and Nico!!!

Personal Business Systems saved the day!! When the lead computer in our small business network started to spontaneously shut down repeatedly, we called Personal Business Systems - without ever having worked with them - and Nico came right out to our office to diagnose the problem. When the computer shut down for good, Nico was here to save all of our data and provide us with a temporary computer until they build the right system for our needs. Paul King, owner, walked me through his recommendations for our new system in a non-techy language I could understand. WOW what an amazing experience! This was my first prenatal massage (30 weeks), and I have never felt so relaxed and cared for. Meghan T was incredibly gentle and kind and made me feel extremely safe and supported the entire time. I cannot recommended her enough - I will be back!!

We've had a great experience here so far. My kiddo needed a LOT of work, and they've been confident and had a plan all the way through, he's about 2/3 done at time of posting. Appointments are quick, doctors always readily available and able to answer any questions.

Taylor did a great job on my brows. I had never gotten them done and she walked me through every part of the process. I would highly recommend taylor if you need your brows done.
Always on time and takes time to make sure you are happy. Showed me how to put filter in correctly so does not get in house. First winter with furnace so very helpful.
I can’t imagine working with a more talented or professional photographer. Troy spent several hours at our house to take photos for short term rentals. Every photo he sent us was flawless. He balanced the lighting on a challenging cloudy day and even added a blue sky. Every angle was well thought out. Would 1000% recommend working with him.

Maddy is incredible! I’m new to salons, and her and the rest of the team was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I’ve never had my hair dyed before, so I had a lot of questions/concerns and Maddy took her time to answer them thoroughly and made sure I understood the process. The results were amazing!! I never thought my hair could look so pretty and she basically replicated my reference photo! I’ve gone to her twice now and each time I was blown away by the results. Maddy’s ability to communicate what is/isn’t possible, and what to expect was spot on. She’s incredibly talented and a genuine person who wants to see you happy with the results. I couldn’t be happier with each experience I’ve had with her.
My daughter begs to go here and get her hair cut! They do a great job of making it fun and painless. Clara is super sweet, makes sure to check with me on my daughter’s cut, and always gives her a little braid or something to make it feel fancy. We love it!

I can’t say enough good things about Morgan- especially when it comes to color! I’ve had my hair colored many times before, but no one has ever nailed it quite like she did. From consultation to the final result, the entire experience was thoughtful, professional, and truly customized to what I wanted.

I had an unexpected long stay in michigan and found this salon. Kaycee cut and colored my hair 3 times during my stay. She is wonderful! She did an amazing job fixing a previous color job that turned out far too dark and did a beautiful job blending in layers that weren't quite right. She took care of me while I was there as if I'd be a forever customer, and if I am ever back in the area I will definitely visit her again! I highly recommend her and the salon, which is very cute!

First time clients! Dominique did a great job with my 5 sons. My oldest went on his own, and he was really pleased with how she worked around his cowlick AND the clean fade she finished with - something other barbers fumble with. I took my four other boys in one trip, and we were finished in less than a half hour. She made sure to ask what each boy wanted, and for my longer-haired boys, she assured them that the clippers were NOT cutting the hair too short. I appreciated the way she clearly communicated with them. Price was very fair!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this wonderful nail spa. I needed a last-minute appointment and they were very accommodating. They did not have the color I inquired about so James picked out two other colors for me to choose from because staring at a wall of colors to decide is not my favorite pastime. I’ve been going to VIP Nails for a little over a year, and I’ve always loved the service and experience! I’ve tried other nail salons in the area, but none of them have come close to VIP. I’ve had my nails done by a few different techs at VIP, but I’ve been happiest with Timmy. His attention to detail is amazing, and he always makes sure I’m happy with the work before I leave. 10/10 would recommend VIP Nails.

I woke up early Sunday morning to a plumbing perfect storm. My water heater was leaking. When I tried to turn the water to the house off at the meter it started spraying water like I was on a sinking submarine. I called every plumber google could find. Only Bareman responded. He was in my basement within 20 minutes and got both leaks stopped. They got everything fixed, cleaned up, with hot water flowing by noon, on a Sunday. Their number is now on my fridge.

All the staff at Ivanrest Family Dentistry are not only professional and friendly, but they are all competent. They are great at what they do: from the dentist to the hygienist to the receptionist, etc... I have severe anxiety with dentists but felt less anxious with each visit. We've probably had prior nightmare stories about dentists... I can definitely say there is no need to worry with the people in this office.

Kailee was personable and has an innate knowledge of the mechanics of the muscles and connective tissues of the body, making my 90-minute massage on of the best massages I have ever received.
I would give her more stars if I could. I got a facial. The room was so inviting, calm, and relaxing, her friendliness and professionalism was clear, and most importantly the facial was sooo wonderful, I felt like a new person!! Yes it’s expensive, but as my mom says, you get what you pay for! And this was worth every penny! Def get the scalp massage add on as well. Can’t wait to get another one!

Overall we’ve had a positive experience with Official. We love the flexibility of having online classes. You need to stay on top of getting drives scheduled for your children, but I don’t know if that’s different for other companies. As long as you stay regularly check for availability, you should be able to get the drives scheduled. Michael Woodbeck and John Robbins were both great in-car instructors for our eager-to-please daughter who thrives more on constructive criticism rather than harshness. This is the third time we’ve used Official, and we plan to use them for our fourth child as well.
