I seem to have rated this one star in error. All my 15 years of having CHA care for my dogs has been nothing but kindness, understanding and highly professional. They are truly a 5 star operation.

I have been bringing my beloved pets to Cascade Hospital for Animals for over 30 years. I highly recommend them. From what I understand, they may be slightly more expensive than some other clinics, but they are professionals that offer exceptional service. The prices always seem fair to me. I have also utilized their grooming services.

My husband and I were in the process of moving our animals abroad and our pet shipper made a few mistakes that caused our animals to be delayed. Cascade Animal Hospitals International Travel Team has been absolutely amazing in helping us to get our animals ready to travel. I've mostly been in communication with Katelyn and she has been so organized, helpful and so patient answering all of my questions. She has been truly amazing! Due to our animals not being able to travel with us, my husband and I had to call into our dogs appointment and the staff was friendly, so organized and they made sure we had all of our questions answered.
