I don't usually write reviews, but GR sports massage is one I just had to. First off, 5 stars. I've played many sports throughout my years and have deal with years of pain and discomfort, after trying numerous therapists, I found pete. Pete and I instantly connected. I felt like I was in class this day, the knowledge pete provided for me as we went through my session was very calming, such an educated therapist that taught me new things about my body and how it works that I never even knew. throughout years of pain, pete was able to focus on specific areas and actually able to relieve them. Calling me an athlete is a bit of a stretch, but I like a high amount of activity and really appreciated Pete's focus on mobility, stretching, rolling, and helping me move better and with less pain. I can tell this is going to be a great fit for me as I continue to heal from a very old tailbone injury.

My back had been hurting for a very long time due to overexertion so I finally booked a massage appointment. I was able to get in the next day and Pete did amazing work, I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!
