Highly recommend The Floor Network for any of your flooring needs! We've used them twice now for different projects (carpet and vinyl plank), and both experiences were wonderful. We had a horrible experience doing flooring through Lowe's, and the Floor Network came in and re-did everything and it looks amazing now (and is installed correctly). Communication is excellent, everyone is professional and friendly, and we'd happily return to them if we need another flooring project done!
We highly recommend The Floor Network. Their staff and installation crew were very helpful and courteous at all times. We encountered some manufacturing issues (obviously not the fault of The Floor Network) that they made sure were fully addressed as quickly as possible. They worked with the manufacturer until we were completely satisfied.
Very friendly sales people. Willing to help answer any question you might have about flooring....super knowledgeable. Prices were a tad high, but they seem honest and willing to work with you.
