Nice little place with relaxing procedures. The only things I would note is, online the package I booked included "refreshments" turns out that just means water in a plastic cup. If there were other options they were not told to me. The other thing is the size of the robes they have you wear. No plus size option, not even a size 14, and nothing makes you feel worse than not fitting into something on a self care day.The employees were nice but it could use some improvements.

So from the outside the whole mall looks a bit sketchy. It is close to my hotel which is my temporary living digs until I fully relocate. I decided to try them based on the reviews. I called and they said I could get right in so I walked over. Greeted by a friendly therapist who didn't know a lot of English. I chose my service and she asked how long on each area which was nice. The massage was no frills, if you are looking for a spa like experience this not it. Nor is this a place for a therapeutic body work. You get a couple of large towels, soft lighting and nice music. All in all it was a nice relaxing massage. I would go again.

LaVoie classic cleaning cleaned all of my area rugs throughly my home and my furniture. I own two dogs and they do an amazing job keeping my rugs looking and smelling amazing. I used them for my air ducts in my home also, which they did a great job on I couldn’t believe the pet hair and dust that they cleaned out!

Kentwood cat clinic was the best experience my cat has ever had at a vet. I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.
Herman Smith went above and beyond to help us with a last minute condition report with road test for two classic cars we were considering buying at a dealership in Grand Rapids, MI. He accommodated a next day appointment and as we live out of state, he went to the dealership himself and did a thorough inspection and road test for both vehicles. I was present there 6/3/23 as a DJ. Kelly, Nicci and the rest of the staff members were great to vendors, guests and the hosts of the party! Very patient with everyone and always with a smile in their face. On top of that, their venue is beautiful! I really hope i get to work there again in the future.

I’ve done it myself forever but last year had a hand injury that got me way behind with weeds. I liked all the reviews I found on Lawn Doctor and liked the family owned aspect. Called them and was treated very well by a very attentive person. Initially I was thinking a 1 year service for me and I’d go back to diy.
