After trying to clean a drain myself for several hours, I knew I needed the professionals. I called Roto router, and after a quick diagnosis, Natalie came out within the hour. She was professional, sweet and she knew her stuff. It took two times to clear out the drain, But she was very successful.

Dr. Theut has surgically repaired one knee, and both my shoulders. As a Contractor and one of the Co-Founders here down time really isn’t allowed. From everything I’ve read online I expected some limitations to my range of motion, I had full range of motion by the time I finished PT. I followed his directions to the T, I did my PT and did the home exercises more than required. Couldn’t be happier, except I tore something in the other knee last weekend. I’m hoping I can get a consult on the 31St with him while he’s tending to an alternate injury. Hands down one of the very best when it really really counts, we have 75+ animals here that call NSLB home, this can’t be done without me long term so I know who to count on. -Bobby Wilmoth

We’ve only ever got our hair cut by Jessika and both my son and I love her. She’s funny and great at her job! She also always remembers what sports my son plays and asks how his season is going!!

I brought my 15-year-old son, who is on the spectrum, in for a haircut, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Not only did she make him feel completely comfortable, but she also brought him out of his shell in a way that was amazing to watch.
She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, really listen, and learn what he liked. By the end, he walked out with a haircut he absolutely loved one he didn’t even know he wanted until she helped him discover it. We also learned so much about his hair and how to style it.
Her patience, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!
This place is so so confusing. I’m from out of town here visiting here for the holidays and I drove here five times because Apple Maps told me to go here because it was a barbershop location and then I went to Google maps and it kept taking me back here and it was abandoned building in the middle of the dark and I was so frustrated so then I ended up taking Apple Maps to a completely different location which was 15 minutes away and then when I got there they said oh this is not location he had appointment at and were full so then I had to leave that one which was in Kentwood I believe, and went to the one that was in Grand Rapids and then had to pay $40 or whatever plus tip which I was OK with that because the lady took care of me but they really really needed to take this location down and market as an office not as an actual shop because it’s very frustrating

Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Kentwood cat clinic was the best experience my cat has ever had at a vet. I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.

Tracy's massage work is a great combo of strength and experience at a great price. I could sense that she has a pattern that she usually follows for a 90-minute massage, but she also improvised the whole time depending on what she found in my muscles, with pinpoint accuracy on the knots! I left feeling much more relaxed, and I still felt lighter the day after. Recommend.
