After trying to clean a drain myself for several hours, I knew I needed the professionals. I called Roto router, and after a quick diagnosis, Natalie came out within the hour. She was professional, sweet and she knew her stuff. It took two times to clear out the drain, But she was very successful.

Dr. Theut has surgically repaired one knee, and both my shoulders. As a Contractor and one of the Co-Founders here down time really isn’t allowed. From everything I’ve read online I expected some limitations to my range of motion, I had full range of motion by the time I finished PT. I followed his directions to the T, I did my PT and did the home exercises more than required. Couldn’t be happier, except I tore something in the other knee last weekend. I’m hoping I can get a consult on the 31St with him while he’s tending to an alternate injury. Hands down one of the very best when it really really counts, we have 75+ animals here that call NSLB home, this can’t be done without me long term so I know who to count on. -Bobby Wilmoth

She is very professional and her work is really good. My son has been going to her for a couple of months and his hair is very healthy and it is growing really good. I recommend people to go to her she is really good at what she do. She does my son dreads retwist.

This place is so so confusing. I’m from out of town here visiting here for the holidays and I drove here five times because Apple Maps told me to go here because it was a barbershop location and then I went to Google maps and it kept taking me back here and it was abandoned building in the middle of the dark and I was so frustrated so then I ended up taking Apple Maps to a completely different location which was 15 minutes away and then when I got there they said oh this is not location he had appointment at and were full so then I had to leave that one which was in Kentwood I believe, and went to the one that was in Grand Rapids and then had to pay $40 or whatever plus tip which I was OK with that because the lady took care of me but they really really needed to take this location down and market as an office not as an actual shop because it’s very frustrating

I have been going to Paris Nail and Spa for about 5 years. They have always been nice and attentive. Even when they changed ownership. Kevin is great. They changes he has made since owning are great. Even the simple thing as little as the pink kids chair. I love this place. I Even drive from the wayland area to have them done in kentwood.

One of the things that truly sets Great Lakes Chiropractor apart is the genuine care Dr. Mckenzie shows for his patients. Every time I walk through the door, no matter how long it's been since my last visit he remembers me, asks how I've been, and takes the time to catch up on what's going on in my life. Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !
Kentwood cat clinic was the best experience my cat has ever had at a vet. I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.

Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!

During our couples massage workshop he tailed his instruction to help us each learn techniques that would benefit our spouse's unique needs. His demonstrations and coaching are professional and easy to follow. He is patient and encouraging, providing detailed feedback as you practice the techniques he has demonstrated. We highly recommend this workshop.
