John came by today to check out our property for termites. He told us we had nothing to worry about. He explained what occured with our situation thoroughly and granted us the knowledge behind him not needing to service us at this time. John is a respectable gentleman. He could of given us info to make us worry about nothing and charged us for some services we didn't need but he didn't. He understands the value of humanity and being compassionate and realistic. We had a terrible chipmunk/mice problem in our garage around late spring about 2 years ago, and my husband and I had tried everything to get rid of them and nothing we tried really worked. We decided to call someone, and we were recommended Smitter by a friend of ours who hired them for a wasp nest and his mothers house, he said that the service was amazing and really helped them out and... John is fantastic! He works with our apartment complex, and has been helping us with a pest control issue from another unit. He is on time and incredibly thorough. He has made us have a peace of mind and reassured us on the issue. I will definitely be keeping Smitters in mind if I ever need them for my own house.
