John came by today to check out our property for termites. He told us we had nothing to worry about. He explained what occured with our situation thoroughly and granted us the knowledge behind him not needing to service us at this time. John is a respectable gentleman. John is fantastic! He works with our apartment complex, and has been helping us with a pest control issue from another unit. He is on time and incredibly thorough. He has made us have a peace of mind and reassured us on the issue. I will definitely be keeping Smitters in mind if I ever need them for my own house.
