I had a lot of questions throughout the experience, and Jamie was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions before and after surgery, and I truly appreciated his kindness and support. My surgery team made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. At my post-op appointment, I was thrilled to learn that I now have 20/20 vision! It’s been wonderful not having to wear contacts anymore. I only wish I had done this sooner.

“Dr Jordan Marentette has been such a wonderful doctor. I had severe dry eye following my cataract surgery. The discomfort went on for full year. I Was finally referred to Dr. Jordan Marentette who listened to me about my symtoms. He truly cared and sat and actually heard me of my symtoms. It has been a game changer for me. He ran a series of dry eye tests and prescribed some wonderful eye drops that made a huge difference in my life My eyes do not produce the oils now that it needs to stay moist. It is made such a huge difference in my life and I can’t thank him enough.“

“I had 2 children get treatment at wow in Grand Rapids. They always loved going to therapy. Ms. Lexi and Ms. Julie made things fun and engaging. Dr. Alyssa was very informative and helped us understand the things the kids were struggling with. Last summer my daughter hated reading now she loves it after wow fixed all of her vision troubles. My son is also doing much better on school work. Highly recommend wow.“

“I went to Keil Lasik back in 2022 to see if I could get lasik. Unfortunately, my eyes were not good candidate's. I'd received texts throughout the years about rechecking and I finally bit the bullet a few weeks ago.

I went back and was a candidate for the EVO ICL, which is where they basically put a permanent contact in your eye. I got both of my eyes done the same day. Super easy, quick procedure. I was driving the next day and 2 weeks later I can already see better than 20/20. I should have done it sooner. I'm so glad to get out of my contacts and glasses.

If you're on the fence about it, don't be. The staff and Dr Keil are very nice and polite. The communication was great and everything is thoroughly explained.“

“I noticed a lot of bad reviews on here, but so far the customer service I have received has been excellent. Anyone I have spoke to over the phone has had the best customer service I've dealt with in years. Also, after the call, there is a one question survey, asking if you would hire the customer service agent you just spoke to if you owned a customer service business. I have to go in tomorrow to get a spot checked out on my eyeball and I hope I receive the same customer service, I have so far. If I haven't, I will edit this review so if it's still up here, it was all excellent.“
