I lost my Susie, who was 18, a week before Christmas. She had oral cancer and it was getting worse and her vet recommended Heaven at Home. Dr Katie Tillman came to my house and I was really struggling with knowing if this was the right time. She sat and talked with me, went over other possible options and what those days may look like. She never rushed me but explained how her time left would be and helped me to see that this was the right decision, before she would really begin to suffer. Their services from start to finish were impeccable. They took the hardest thing that I ever had to do and made it tolerable. It was a year ago that I said goodbye to my baby, and I just received a hand-written card in the mail from them. It included a seed heart that I can plant in his memory- just wow!!

I cannot say enough good things about Heaven at Home. Dr. Tillman did a quality of life assessment on our kitty Flapjack, and helped us through the end process. When Dr. Tillman came into our home, she was extremely respectful and compassionate, and made one of the hardest moments of our life have some more meaning.She made sure we knew everything she was doing, as she was doing it, but still continued to ask questions about Flapjack - when did you get him, how did we get him, what he was like with his fur siblings...I never thought such simple questions would help ease our emotions so much.
