“Everyone I spoke with, or worked with, was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Whitney got the ball rolling, St. Clair was very helpful, and responsive, through the estimation process, and getting the project scheduled. Eric was helpful as the process was taking place and upon its completion. Shaun and Hayden did a good job with the general cleaning and getting the big stuff taken care of (hauled out of the basement), and were friendly and polite through that process. Marco was great getting the project started, making sure he knew what I wanted done, so he could pass that information on to the work team. Also, Marco was excellent finishing up all the detailed work to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job done.”
