Sean came out right away, on a weekend no less, and set up fans and humidifiers to dry out the basement. Sean and Hayden continued to come to our house everyday until the basement was dry. Restoration 1’s technicians and customer service is top notch. They will always be my go to call for restoration needs!”
“Experienced an historically wet spring while I was away for several weeks. Came home to a an extremely wet basement with fears of mold, etc. Of course it was a weekend. Regardless, they came within an hour to remove carpet and bring in their equipment, including a ridiculously powerful humidifier and eight industrial fans.<br><br>It didn’t take long for the area to dry out. They sprayed walls for potential and future mold once they came back to retrieve their equipment.<br><br>Unfortunately I was not out of the woods. Successive storms arrived without the ability for the ground to fully drain. Never had this happen in my nineteen years of living here. Each time I reached out and they arrived quickly with what was now an effective solution and predictable outcome.<br><br>In short, they helped alleviate an incredible amount of stress and prevent the damage from being much worse than it could have been. I’m incredibly grateful for them making their resources available on short notice and for their ongoing guidance and expertise. Can’t recommend them enough.”
