I received myofascial bodywork from Shelly who was fantastic. I've had ongoing shoulder, neck and jaw issues for years, so I went in hoping to decompress and find a bit of relief. What I loved most was that she listened to the challenges I had and then used her expertise to determine how to approach the session vs. something more cookie cutter. I really look forward to future sessions here!
Shelly was amazing. I’ve struggled with migraines and TMJ since childhood and she helped me understand why this was occurring.she was patient , explained what she was doing. I can’t wait to go back.
