Through the entire process - From consultation to colouring touch-ups on my new topper Erin was amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable welcoming and friendly. I was a first time client and can honestly say my previous toppers never looked as authentic as this one does! Erin has an excellent eye! I had a really great experience at Jo Hair Studio. The salon is so cute and the staff very welcoming. They a beautiful selection - I fell in love with a few wigs and had a hard time choosing. Melissa was my stylist and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and she really took the time to understand what I wanted. I felt that she really cared. She styled my wig exactly how I pictured it and shared helpful tips so I can maintain it myself. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for quality wigs and a supportive, comfortable experience.
