The ladies at the shop were amazing. Excellent customer service and so friendly ! I loved the opportunity to try different styles and lenghts. The topper I bought is so natural and it is unbelievable how I don’t really feel it on my head. Melissa styled me on the spot and I walked out with my new hair and new confidence! I am a repeat customer and purchased two pieces from Jo. Their pieces are high quality. The benefit of getting from Jo is they offer servicing and styling. I brought both pieces in servicing the other day and one needed extreme repair due to my misuse. I was very happy that Melissa was able to fix it. She made both pieces like new.
