So calming and relaxing. I did a 120m session in the afternoon during Fifa week, and it was SOO quiet. When you first walk in, theres a little path that takes you up through a lovely set of living green walls and youre met with a door that welcomes you to the front desk. theres an orientation video you have to watch that walk you through the process - it kinda felt a bit black mirror-y in terms of that experience, but in the most positive way?

My experience this past Friday evening was incredible. The Himalayan salt pod experience is one I’d like to enjoy as often as I can. I’ve never in my life been so relaxed. Truly magical💞
Website is a little clunky to navigate, but once you are booked and arrive it is a beautiful, elegant and calming spot right on Greensville Island. The guided relaxation is calming and rejuvenating. A fantastic spot to relax with a loved one.
