I was worried that the yellow stains were permanent and that my shirt was ruined. However, Terry completely removed the stain, which ran across the front and back of the shirt! The shirt is now restored to its former condition and looks brand new. I am highly impressed with the results and will continue to use this dry cleaner in the future.”
“I have been to this tailor shop, 3 times now for dress hemming and they’re amazing. They had been able to accommodate within short notice. Of course the price was a bit pricier because of it being late, but obviously it is my fault for procrastinating.<br><br>The staff are extremely sweet and they're amazing at their job.<br><br>**Also since we can’t reply to comments on here, I think it’s ridiculous to come in 10 minutes before closing and expecting they can take your measurements within that time frame (basically expecting them to drop everything for you) Then acting entitled when you don’t get things your way. To comment about whether someone’s business is booming or not is irrelevant to whether you should be courteous and respectful**<br>- respectfully, someone who does not tolerate putting businesses down to one’s selfishness.”

“I came here on a Saturday to have a poke around at some sewing machines. This was my second visit to the few shops that sold sewing machines in Vancouver. Honestly, night and day in terms of service and attentiveness.<br><br>Sabine was welcoming, personable and let me play around with the machines. She gave me some options to think about, took my name and number and said she’d call me when they reopen on Wednesday to see how I went. Sure enough, after I had a few days to sleep on it and do some more research, I get her call and I end up closing on a Pfaff Select 4.2. Picked it up on the same day.<br><br>The place is cool. Museum of old machines on the top shelves, then all the display machines within reach. Looked like they had all the bits and bobs you’d need for your machine. Also looked like they repair machines too, which is comforting to see.<br><br>I’ll definitely be back, as I fumble my way through my sewing era.”

Ali is one of the few tailors that can recut suits to fit me. He works quickly, charges a fair price, and the results are always good. I moved to Richmond but I still take all complex alterations to him.”
