I've been a client with The Workshop for two years, both with Sarah (Chiro) and Joel (Physio). My chiropractor from Toronto recommended this clinic when I moved as I was struggling to find a chiropractor who did more than adjustments and focused on strengthening and manual therapy. Both take a holistic approach to treatment and have helped me navigate chronic back pain as well as plantar fasciitis.
This clinic is top notch. The staff are professional and experienced while lending a friendly positive attitude on a consistent basis. We’ve had tough issues as well as small ones to overcome and they helped us recover stronger and more knowledgable. I would highly recommend the Workshop Performance clinic to anyone.
Melissa gets to the root of the issue with a quick assessment and although the treatment can be a little painful, it’s effective! I feel great every time I see her and I will keep coming from Saskatchewan to see her every chance I get!
