I am thankful to have Big Bro's in my neighbourhood. I appreciate the attention to creating a safe and valuable resource for the community, nerdy chats with Jessie while he sharpens up my look, and the transparent sliding scale pricing structure.

Great owner, great staff, great atmosphere, great cuts. Sliding scale fees and a radical not-for-profit business model with egalitarian wages. Literally the only negative I can think of is that the parking lot is gravel, which can make it a bit difficult to navigate with a mobility aid.

Got my haircut here not too long ago, and I absolutely loved the experience and my new hair. I have had horrible experiences in the past, being a queer woman with short hair, this was not the case here. Super queer friendly and managed to give me the haircut of my dreams. I will not be going anywhere else.
