Coverage they want you to pay ...I got a tooth filled and she says oh it's a deep hole your probably gonna need a root canal lol I stayed of fixing it right there she fills my tooth and sends me home to be in more pain then wants to bill me to look at it again and apply the freezing lol what a Sam and a joke these people need to be shut down ...I call the same day to reach and bam absolutely bar none the best professional service I ever seen above and beyond everyone should go there not here ...there people want your money while they smile in your face lol ? horrible horrible dentist and they ripped me off at that and I will be collecting financialy for that and the way I was treated ...anyway I hope you all stay away for your sake ...“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Aarm Dental. I used to be really nervous and scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Hsu and his team completely changed that for me.

Dr. Hsu is incredibly caring, gentle, and attentive. He truly cares about his patients’ comfort and dental health, and always makes sure you feel okay during treatment. One thing I especially appreciate is that he always asks what movie I’d like to watch during my appointment, because watching something helps distract me and makes the whole experience much easier and more relaxing.😅 Those small thoughtful details really make a difference.

“I have been an anxious dental patient for most of my life, which sometimes makes it a little difficult to stay motivated to keep on top of things.

I made a conscious decision this year to work through that. I chose the Cambie Aarm location based on positive word of mouth from friends and colleagues, and - six visits later - I feel like I've found a dental experience I feel great about.

The office itself is clean, modern, and inviting. Nancy is a thoughtful and patient first point of patient contact, who follows up promptly and clearl, is always friendly, and works skillfully with your insurance. The hygiene team is cheerful and always takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and at ease before a treatment begins. And, Dr. Kolla is patient, matter-of-fact, and methodical in her approach. I especially appreciate that, during treatments, she checks in frequently, explains exactly what she is doing, and why, offers to show you what's going on using the dental camera (though sometimes I'm good, haha), and then, afterward, explains the benefits, risks, and likely prognosis of the work itself.

So far, I've had a checkup, a cleaning/polishing/scaling visit, an old crown replaced, and seven fillings (a mix of replaced old ones and a couple of new ones). My experience has been positive and supportive, and I would recommend the Cambie location to anyone - especially nervous patients.
