My 5 year old child used to attend Kumon but I found Kumon to be waste of money.I find Scholar to be much more effective in improving my child's academic skills. I love the 1:3 teach to student ratio. During non busy hours my child gets 1 on 1 attention. All the teachers at West Van Scholars are excellent but Kevin, the manager, is an amazing person. He builds good rapport with all the students and parents. He has regular meetings with me and other parents and he knows all the students' progresses.Kevin is one of the biggest reasons why my daughter loves to attend Scholar's sessions. She was afraid to enter Kumon classes and only attended a handful of Kumon classes but Kevin really helped my daughter get comfortable. He was able to convince her to enter the class by herself without me by her side on her first day. She loves "Uncle Kevin" and all other teachers and she is always eager to attend Scholar's classes.

I was visiting from out of town and love getting blowouts regularly, so when I found Wish Dry Bar, I thought it looked like the perfect place to go — and it absolutely was! The salon felt so upscale and luxurious, with so many thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. They even offered a variety of beverage options, I opted for water - which was branded water bottles served either room temperature or cold, which was such a nice detail and really added to the overall experience.
Tina took amazing care of me from start to finish. She was so thoughtful with my hair and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before I left. And I have to mention — she gave one of the BEST head massages I have ever had! Trust me, I get a lot of blowouts lol.

This was a first experience with permanent make-up for me; I had micro-blading on my eye-brows. Naturally enough I was somewhat apprehensive about how things would turn out! However, I needn’t have worried at all. Nasim was absolutely brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is truly an artist. My brows look totally natural. The application was uncomfortable, rather than painful, but the whole procedure was completed relatively quickly.Nasim was very kind, polite and professional. The salon was very clean and hygienic. Budget Drain is operated by Rob and his wife Debbie. Rob fixed a major leak from the water main underneath my driveway. They started within an hour after diagnoses. It was done within days after it was reported and in the pouring rain. My insurance was VERY late providing payment. Debbie was so helpful and patient as I dealt with red tape. All in all I couldn’t have asked for more. Well done Budget Drain! And Thank You!

This review is long time overdue, as I've been seeing Dr. Chin since 2013. I cannot express enough just what an excellent chiropractor Dr. Chin is. As someone with chronic back issues since a back injury I had 25 years ago, I have seen many chiropractors. Dr. Chin is clearly the best of all. He is not the kind of chiropractor who will do the same few adjustments regardless of the condition you're in (and there are many such chiropractors!), but he will adjust his treatment based on your current condition. He has also helped my elderly mom who is with Kyphosis. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Sukhi is a gifted healer. I am so appreciative of my treatments and continue to benefit physically and spiritually from our patient doctor relationship.
The staff are very friendly. I had my cousin's dog over for a bath and in less than an hour, they made a big difference. He was ready for posing for a magazine level photo shoot! I am very satisfied and recommend them.
We have been taking our Maltese-Pekingese here for years. He's clearly comfortable with everyone there because he beelines for the gate to the grooming room as soon as we walk through the door! He always looks adorable when we pick him up.
