I live far away from my parents, who do not speak much English, and Hillcrest made the entire process much easier by ensuring all communication, whether from the office or the technician, went through me. They also arranged the city inspection (with the permit fee included), and everything passed smoothly.
The hot water tank was slightly wider than the door clearance of the little utility room, so the technician removed the door to bring the tank in. Regarding: Re-piping, The Selkirk , by Cambridge Plumbing
July 2025 - March 2026.

The Strata Council of the Selkirk condominium comprised of 24 floors, and 148 suites selected Cambridge Plumbing for our major re-piping project. Following a thorough vetting process, we chose Cambridge and were very pleased with our choice.
The project commenced on schedule and was completed on time and within budget. One of the key advantages of working with Cambridge Plumbing was the use of their own qualified and professional sub-trades throughout the project.
Any issues that arose during construction were handled promptly and professionally. The onsite full-time foreman was always readily accessible and responsive to council and resident concerns. Council also appreciated having direct access to Cambridge management whenever needed. There was also an after-hours emergency contact list. The re-piping work completed by Cambridge has been fully inspected and verified for code compliance and signed off by City Building Department.
During the project we received a great deal of positive feedback from owners regarding the workers, who were consistently polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Daily site cleaning of suites and hallways was completed diligently, which helped minimize disruption for residents during the project.
Overall, we, the Selkirk Council, would not hesitate to recommend Cambridge Plumbing for any residential re-piping projects.
