“We had a perimeter drainage blockage, which partially flooded the garage. I called Carlo, and he promptly returned my call. A few days later he came to assess the problem and quickly identified it. He returned the next day , dug a hole and located the the broken part of the drainage system and fixed it. Carlo really knows his business, and I would highly recommend him for any perimeter drainage issues. Myron“

“I found them on google and called them up, it was pretty late at night and i had a broken hot water tap at my home andi dint know how to stop it. The person I spoke to Randenko was very helpful over the phone and hr helped me out over the phone itself by seeing a few pics which he asked me to send. He was very polite and friendly and saved me from what could have been a terrible night. I would definetely call him whenever I have any issue in future.“
“Derek was knowledgable, efficient and did a great job with our old (rusty) kitchen faucet. He was very responsive via text and was able to be very clear with options for replacement. He provided a quote for the job and stayed on quote. (Nice to have no surprises in the end)On the day of the job, he was punctual, courteous and communicated effectively what was to be done.Most of all, he was very competent and was able to complete the job efficiently and thoroughly.We're very happy that he was available to help replace our faucet (and hope he has a good winter vacation!!!)“

“I contacted Cambie Plumbing & Heating about a minor gas leak in my natural gas stovetop range in our new-ish condo.The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The fitter was on-time, professional, COVID-conscious, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my questions and detailed what to expect in the invoice before he left. They replaced a faulty regulator at lower-than-market cost, and the labour costs were in-line with what they detailed on their website. The office admin even remembered my name and other personal details from a recent trip I had mentioned.Will definitely be calling Cambie Plumbing + Heating for any additional plumbing issues or gas leaks, provided our home hasn't exploded.“

“When the gardeners in our townhouse complex accidentally cut my gas line while trimming the hedge, Tony and Paulo came to my rescue. Tony was very kind and reassuring on our initial phone call and Paulo came to the house that same day to ensure I would still have gas for the hot water tank and furnace. Paulo removed the damaged gas line (to the gas fireplace) and returned two days later to install the new one. I feel both men were very thoughtful and thorough and generally cared about getting everything back to normal for me quickly and safely. Great job. Great work ethic. Great people.“

The shut off valve ended up being a little trouble, and narinder was able to quickly fix the shut off valve so we didn't have to go a day without water. He was quick, fast, and really affordable. Will be the only plumber I call. On Sunday night he came in 20 minutes, and again was super affordable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, 10 stars.“

“After many months of hot weather in Vancouver, the rains have returned! Last time we had our fireplace on was in early April and it's now September 17. Tried to turn on the fireplace but it seemed that there was no gas flowing?! Cue an email to Jane, who immediately calls to try and troubleshoot. Alas her work-arounds didn't work so she routed one of the service lads to us. Once here, he pleasantly went to work and in little time (not even 45 minutes) had it up and running! “We had a leak from the wax seal in the toilet in our condo. We called them and they booked us in a time for 2 days hence, with a 2 hour window for arrival. Phablo was professional, courteous, and wonderful to deal with. He estimated the work before beginning, explained the process to us, and completed the work on schedule.I have only two other comments: this service was very good, but commensurately expansive; the schedule called for a technician to arrive in a 2 hour window, and the in this case he arrived after that window - perhaps regular text updates would beat sitting at home for this duration of time?Thank you Phablo! My wife and I really appreciated your pleasant demeanor and professionalism.“
