I wanted to recognize Atlas Pest Control for going above and beyond in providing fast and efficient service. We especially appreciate technician Kyle Santos and the trauma-informed approach he brings when working with our residents. Pest control issues can create a lot of anxiety, and Kyle is always respectful, patient and compassionate. He takes the time to answer residents’ questions, explain what he is doing and provide education along the way. That extra care makes a real difference. We really appreciate the excellent service Kyle and the Atlas team provide.
