Her classes at Sweat Co Workout Studios Ltd are small (4-5 ppl), so she can give everyone personal attention. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the movements correctly, and will gently correct your form to help you get the most out of the session. I’ve learned so much from her already and can’t wait to keep taking her classes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Pilates experience!“

He’s incredibly professional and keeps an eagle-eye throughout the entire workout to make sure my technique is spot on.

Sometimes you are paired with other members and they have been great and understanding about the different fitness levels.
The location is great and there is free street parking by the gym.“

As a beginner, I felt completely supported and guided throughout the class. Dani not only gave clear instructions and great motivation, but also took the time to learn our names, which made the experience feel personal. She even stayed after class to help us, which I really appreciated.
The studio was clean, tidy, and very well organized. Street parking was easy to find, making the visit even more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place!“

Roy's teaching is clear, practical and super effective especially for smaller people learning how to handle and submit larger opponents.
