“I visited Regal Grooming Lounge once in March 2024, and overall, I was satisfied with the service and the quality of the haircut. The staff were friendly, and I was offered a coffee when I arrived, which was a nice touch. The shampoo they used while washing my hair also smelled really good.

However, I found the price quite expensive. If I remember correctly, it was over C$50, which is almost twice what I currently pay at my barber. Another thing I did not particularly like was the booking system on their website. When making a reservation, they asked for my credit card information in case I did not show up and they needed to charge a fee. I understand the reason for this policy, but personally, I was not comfortable entering my card information just to make a reservation.

Overall, I had a good experience and was happy with the haircut and service, but I found the price too high, and I did not particularly like the credit card requirement for reservations. I only visited once, so this was simply my personal experience.“
