9079 Shaughnessy St #4, Vancouver“If I could give Jen 6 stars I would! I’ve taken many classes with Jen. Puppy, beginner, 3 private lessons, 1 out and about class, and soon to do intermediate. Baymax is extremely stubborn, reactive, the works, but Jen has not once given up on him and reminds us constantly not to as well. The care she puts towards Baymax is like no other. She tests him in levels I was afraid to and now we’ve seen so much improvement in him.
Realized I never wrote a review until now so I’m expressing my gratitude. Thanks Jen!!“

7210 Hudson St, Vancouver“At our first meeting with Ken & Yvonne, I can feel their genuine love for animals and totally felt at ease leaving our puppy Ellie for daycare and boarding. She came back a bit more confident and calmer after joining the pack for daily walks and playtime. At the day of pickup, Ellie gave them the warmest head hugs which spoke a thousand words. Safe to say she had the best time and will definitely be back for more adventures.“

888 Clark Drive, Vancouver“Absolutely the best canine rehabilitation center around. Our American Bully, Bianca, was diagnosed with lumbosacral disc disease, and AquaPaws’ land physio and water treadmill program has been life-changing. Within 2 weeks we saw a stronger, healthier dog.
The staff are the most caring team — they light up when Bianca walks in, and she loves them just as much. In fact, when we say we’re going to physio, she gets so jacked up and excited!
They build a custom weekly routine, gradually increasing intensity, with new exercises added regularly and online progress tracking so you can follow her improvement.
We also started with laser therapy and canine acupuncture during her initial diagnosis, both administered with real care and expertise.
Bianca is happier and stronger every week, and we have complete confidence she’ll make a full recovery. Fair pricing for the quality of dog physical therapy and attention she receives. Highly recommend for any pet parent dealing with a dog’s spinal or mobility issues.“

5696 Fraser Street, Vancouver“I have a 10 month old puppy who was refusing food/water and vomitting on the hour. We took her to Atlas Vet on an after hours emergency basis and since, I would not hesitate to drive the 25-30 mins to see Dr. Mansa again. After her blood work was done she seemed fine for a couple days but then her symptoms returned and we unfortunately had to return to his office. Once again, we were well taken care of and they didn’t charge us another exam fee.
I cannot say enough good things about the care we got from Dr. Mansa. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable vet whom I would highly recommend. He gives you your options with costs and allows you time to decide. He does not push treatment on you or make you feel dumb as I have experienced at a past vet close to home. He is patient and kind and explains things well, even when I wasn’t really understanding it all in those stressful moments. I would 100% recommend him.
Thank you, Dr. Mansa and staff for taking care of Millie.“

1833 Anderson St #105, Vancouver“This place is gold for small dogs. Daisy runs in with her tail wagging every single time—which says everything. The care, patience, and love the staff show is exceptional. We trust them and feel so grateful to have such a wonderful second home for our girl. Daisy gives it two paws way up!“
9:30AM - 8PM
1710 Commercial Drive, Vancouver“One of the few pet stores that cares about the welfare of their animals (even the fish) and properly vets the homes they’re going to. It’s always heartbreaking seeing the state of reptile care in other major chain stores, but they go above and beyond in making sure they get as good care as they can within their corporate limitations.
They often have good discounts, good product selection, and the staff themselves are very knowledgeable, especially Xia. It’s unfortunate bad reviews bash the employees for denying animal sales, instead it should serve as an opportunity to reevaluate your animal husbandry and listen to another perspective to see if there is anything you can improve. It’s your responsibility as a pet owner to strive for the best care that’s within your means.“
