“Had the pleasure of working with BC Floors for both material and install and was blown away at the level of service I received from all teams.

My project manager personally met with me on multiple occasions and hand delivered samples based on what I was after. He kept in constant communication and visited the jobs site numerous times to check up on progress.

“We recently had our hardwood floor refinished. As it's an undertaking that we've never experienced, we were filled with a lot of doubts and had to have the process explained in minute detail to us. We made an appointment for an estimate to be done by Restoration Hardwood Floors along with two other companies for perspective and balance. Restoration Hardwood Floors was one of two who agreed to provide us that. Lee, who was our contact person, showed up on time as agreed and took pains to provide us the answers to all our questions to the extent that we had all our skeptism evaporate. The other one showed up to provided an estimate that is approximately a third more (hard to believe) and wasn't quite as forthcoming with their patience and explanation. We were impressed with Restoration Hardwood's presentation package that contained a detailed explanation of each step they take, the approximate time they need to complete it, deposit, when final payment is due and mediation process for any complaints a customer might have regarding their completed work. I can't believe that last one which sealed the deal for us for surely a company must have such confidence and integrity to offer such a safety net! Speaking to Lee who was very cordial besides was quite confidence-building. The floor technician who came to do the work was no less so. My wife and I were very happy with their work and felt brilliant for having chosen them. We love our new (ish) wood floor. We recommend Hardwood Restoration Floors wholeheartedly.
