“We're extremely satisfied with the work done by Woodpecker. Pinki was flexible with our scheduling and had excellent communication with us from start to finish. The installer Teme also offered great communication with us and completed the job quickly and to a high standard.”
“We hired Floors Depot for the wood floor in our Yaletown condo in Vancouver. They helped us meet the strata requirements, including the correct sound-rating underlay for condos. Professional service and excellent workmanship — one of the best flooring contractors in Vancouver.”
“I have never written a review before, but the exceptional service I received from Bashir deserves to be recognized.
From the beginning, Bashir truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard and respected. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
After a difficult flooring experience elsewhere, being treated with this level of care and respect meant more than Bashir probably realizes. He restored my confidence in what great customer service should be.
Thank you, Bashir, for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring.”
