We made the right choice in picking Rio to supply and install a new furnace, heat pump and hot water heater in our house. From our first meeting, it was obvious that owner, Sam knew his stuff and cared about customer service. He explained what product he was recommending and why, also making sure that we would be eligible for the maximum available rebates from the utility company.
Rio's quote came in better than others received, but he also suggested a couple of other add-ins that the others didn't and threw them in at no charge.
Sam and his crew showed up on the scheduled installation date and completed the job on time, all the while being professional and courteous.
I have no reservations in recommending Rio Heating and Cooling.

Love this place!! I have had 3 appointments with Coco now and every time I've been very satisfied. This time she did bleach & a peekaboo colour. Coco takes the time to communicate thoroughly and check what I want. She is also very attentive to detail - she noticed I was reading, and offered me a pillow to rest my iPad on for better comfort. Little touches like this really impressed me and I appreciate her kind service.
The bathroom is very clean and the whole feeling of this salon is beautiful too. And I LOVE that they offer a head spa service, a short head massage with scented products that is super relaxing but affordable.

I've been coming to Charming Nails & Spa for about 2 years now. I probably visited 3 to 4 times a year. It's a pretty good place to go if you want a nice pedicure/ manicure. You can easily book your appointment over the phone within a week to secure a spot. I would say the nail estheticians are pretty pateint and skillful. There were times I wanted to get nail art but I wasn't quite statisfied with the colour/ design. Except this most recent one, Lisa nailed it 100% (shout out to Lisa)! She spent 1.5 hours on my nails and they were absolutley beautiful. Exactly what I was hoping to get. I left the salon feeling so satisfied and happy.

Had such an amazing experience with Staci. I got a nipple piercing done after having removed my previous ones due to migration. Come to find out I was pierced incorrectly before and even though it has only been a day I can already tell that the healing process will be much better this time. My previous ones did not ever fully heal. Can't wait to get the other one done in a few months. Cannot recommend staci enough. She's so knowledgeable and makes herself available for any questions afterward if there are any concerns. Very happy with my experience this time, as usually I faint and/or throw up with needles (even with vaccines etc) and this piercing gave me just normal dizziness issues but it passed with a little time. I went through many reviews in many different tattoo/piercing places in the lower mainland before landing on staci and seeing how well recommended she is and after my experience as well, I see why. Definitely make the trip if you live out of the way. It is well worth it. I traveled from whiterock to see her. I am extremely happy with her work. ?
First time going here! Open until 9pm on a Tuesday taking walk ins! Got both my nips done, $104 with regular piercing and jewelry. I spent extra to get titanium with opals and it was still so cheap!! They were incredibly friendly and professional, the piercing was fast and very well done. I don't know their name but the person with short pink hair was so great. I will be back. The pricing, service, cleanliness, professionalism and the overall experience was 10/10.

After calling several plumbers who were too busy to come out, he came out within the hour and didn't charge the standard inspection fee as he trusted that I needed the work to be done that day. We had two sinks from the bathroom and kitchen that were connected that clogged as the previous plumber did a poor job on the piping and only had 1 p trap with no clean out. I was impressed with his recommendation to fix the clogging by installing 2p traps with modern clean out caps. He also redid the piping and unclogged all the pipes in our house with special industrial cleaning powder and hot water. His rates were also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this company. No need to get multiple quotes when you deal with this honest, reputable, knowledgeable and professional company.
I have to say that the the company was more responsive than our building's management, they went out first and tried their best to help.. I will definitely use their services again..

I am renting an Apartment built around 3 years ago and C.I.R Mechanical Ltd was in charge of its plumbing works. My kitchen pull-down hose was leaking and I could not find it anywhere. I called CIR desperately and talked with Steve. After a few days he found the part and I did not have to pay for the part (life-time warranty). My point is, Steve really could simply say I cannot find the hose, however, he went beyond and above his job to solve the problem.

Wagman Systems came out and did a great job. Their expertise and ideas helped the overall outcome of the project greatly. They recessed a ceiling fan in an exposed beam abs now it looks like it’s floating !! Also hooked up some sweet 2 stage patio heaters with great controls. Great Job Team !
I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patrick. We had two old-style florescent light fixtures in a storage room. The light bulbs were dead and are no longer made. Patrick asked me to send him a photo. He texted me back 5 minutes later with a solution suggestion and a photo of it from Home Depot. It looked good to me. I told him that there was no rush but asked when he might be able to do the job for me. He did it THE NEXT DAY!! The price was good and the job well done. I discovered a puddle of water under and around my washing machine. I live in a condo so I needed someone to find the leak and hoped it had not affected my neighbours below.
