We recently had our hardwood floor refinished. As it's an undertaking that we've never experienced, we were filled with a lot of doubts and had to have the process explained in minute detail to us. We made an appointment for an estimate to be done by Restoration Hardwood Floors along with two other companies for perspective and balance. Restoration Hardwood Floors was one of two who agreed to provide us that. Lee, who was our contact person, showed up on time as agreed and took pains to provide us the answers to all our questions to the extent that we had all our skeptism evaporate. Amazing service. We could not be happier with Restoration Hardwood Floors. Arek and Damien were on time, clean, funny, hardworking and very reliable. They explained the entire process and were meticulous with their work. Incredible service and we would totally use them again. Lee in Sales was so nice as well. Great company. 💓

GREAT job!

While we believed that our floors would be improved with refinishing by Restoration Hardwood,, we weren’t expecting perfection!

They not only did an impeccable job, but matched the colour floor we wanted perfectly. We can’t recommend them enough!
