“Lovely flowers and very nice people! I recently went in to buy two ready-made bouquets. They had a small selection that looked fresh and lasted quite well on the counter. I realized when I got back to work that I didn't have a receipt (I think it fell out of my pocket) and called them to see if I could come back in to get a copy. They just confirmed my mobile number and texted me a receipt 5 minutes later. Great service! We will definitely use these florists again!“

“A few weeks ago I was attending a celebration of life for a beloved family member. My brother and sister in law had meant to send an arrangement on behalf of my father but things happen and they’d forgotten to place an order. With only an hour left before I had to leave for the funeral, I ran up to this florist shop near my place. I was sad and stressed and the lady who works there was so kind, and so understanding when I choked up while telling her what I needed the flowers for. I don’t normally buy arrangements so had no clue. She said it was totally doable and I could pop back within the hour to pick it up. So I went home, got ready and then popped by to get the arrangement which was gorgeous. My family really appreciated it. I would highly recommend this location, not only for their beautiful work but their kindness and empathy.“

“I ordered from Toronto to deliver the floral to Burnaby. Couldn't do it on laptop and called them. Staff was so helpful. They explained in detail and ordered for me. They sent email to confirm and with the receipt. The flower was delivered on time but the colour has change a bit. I liked the possibly pink but eventually it turned out with bright right lily. I am a little upset. Can you see the different. I picked the Lavender look of your photo when comparing with other stores.“
