This location of Physiolab is very big with ample (paid) street parking as well as in the Chinatown Plaza. The staff here are also very accommodating for if you were to bike, they let you bring the bike in to the clinic space.
Anne is very attentive with her treatment. I normally go once every 3-4 weeks for general maintenance. The sessions include not just acupuncture, but also glass cupping, as well as electro-stim during the acupuncture session. the electro-stim is a very refreshing experience, you feel like you have a new body!
Some acupuncturists are too light in their treatments, some are too heavy handed. Anne is just right! Payment is very easy as they accept work health benefit plans. If you're looking for an acupuncturist, look no further!“

Buzzer #0306, 560 Beatty St 3rd Floor, Vancouver“Had an initial assessment with Lauren for my shoulder and was genuinely impressed. Rather than just treating where it hurt, she took the time to find the root cause and explained her reasoning so it all made sense. Her treatment choices were spot on, and she adapted the exercises to what actually felt right for me instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Most of all, I felt truly heard. Lauren treated me like a partner in my own rehab, and I left with a clear plan and actually understood what I was working toward. If you want a physio who listens and takes the time to get it right, she's the one to see.“

736 Richards St, Vancouver“Sara is amazing! She’s by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. Her classes at Sweat Co Workout Studios Ltd are small (4-5 ppl), so she can give everyone personal attention. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the movements correctly, and will gently correct your form to help you get the most out of the session. I’ve learned so much from her already and can’t wait to keep taking her classes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Pilates experience!“

“Jaybird has been one of the best wellness and movement spaces I’ve experienced. From the moment you walk in, the front desk and management team are friendly, welcoming, organized, and consistently clear with communication. The rules, process, and class flow are always explained well, so even as a first-timer, you know exactly what to expect within the first few minutes.
The instructors are excellent. Before each class, they ask about injuries or needed modifications, and they approach it with genuine empathy and care. I’ve been recovering from injuries, and Jaybird has been an incredible place for me to continue moving safely. The heat, the thoughtful pacing, and the modifications have helped me stay connected to my body without feeling discouraged by what I can’t do.
The atmosphere is calming, grounding, and beautifully intentional. The music always matches the flow of the class—sometimes meditative, sometimes energizing, and at times it almost feels like dancing. It calms the mind while helping you reconnect with your body.
I’ve also really appreciated how accommodating they’ve been with membership changes, pauses, and resumes during my recovery. I’ve been coming for about a year and a half now, and even when I can only make it once a week, Jaybird feels like a grounding escape from the busyness of life. The instructors and staff have created a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and almost like family.
Also, for a heated studio, the space smells amazing. Their signature scent, candles, and incense are such a beautiful extension of the experience—lighting them at home brings back the same calm and grounded feeling I get in class.
I genuinely cannot see myself canceling my membership. Jaybird has been the perfect place for me to keep exercising while recovering, and with the addition of non-heated classes, especially for summer, I’m even more excited to keep coming back.“
