Absolutely fantastic experience every time. The staff are amazing: quiet, professional, caring, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. The spa itself is spotless and smells incredible the moment you walk in. You instantly feel relaxed instead of feeling like a rotisserie chicken being shuffled through a wellness conveyor belt. ?

Their promotions are always honoured exactly as advertised, which is rare these days. We recently used the Sunday promotion where the second treatment was 50% off, and the process was easy and seamless.

Most importantly, the treatments are consistently excellent no matter which practitioner you see. That level of quality and consistency says a lot about how well this spa is run.

“First-time experience doing anything like this. Nothing but good things to say. I got IPL for dark spots on my face.

Ellie was kind, patient, and a fabulous teacher during our consultation. Explained everything in detail, including the science of *how* skin works and regenerates etc.

Easily found the location, met Nicole (super lovely) and then did the treatment with Ellie. Again, super informative, fabulous communicators, and the appointment was over within 20 minutes.

Within a few hours the spots had darkened, and then without a week they transitioned to what looked like tiny flecks of coffee grounds. Now, less than 2 weeks later, they're completely gone.

Your experience may vary, of course, depending on the amount, darkness, etc. but I was *super* happy with my results.

And don't balk at prices - these are the most reasonable in the city and worth it for the results + excellent customer service. You get WAY more than you pay for.
