Knowledgeable, quick, quality, better price for cutting keys than Canadian Tire, and locally owned and provides Canadian options. Great service and we'll be back for cutting keys. We don't have use for their commercial services, but they'd be a good place to look into if anyone needs that.
Edit: I told our building manager about Action Lock, and she said our building has been receiving service from them for 30 years and she's very happy with the professional work they do.
High recommend! Called them with my problem and I love how they explained in detail how they will fix my issue. Very fast and efficient service. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work they provided us.
Mohamed at Action Lock and Security provided exceptional service and honest advice. Instead of selling an unnecessary solution, he recommended finding a skeleton key online, which solved the problem and saved a significant amount of money. His integrity, resourcefulness, and customer care are rare and greatly appreciated.
