We lost keys to our home. Called up these guys and they booked us in right away. The technician who came was sympathetic and took good care of us. He was done in less than an hour. We are beyond pleased with the service. Thank you Action Lock!

Jambudip (JD) was super efficient at cutting my mailroom keys for my condo when a hardware store (Rona) couldn't copy the key and failed twice. I was getting annoyed and knew I had to go to a locksmith. Action Lock & Security did not disappoint and within 5 minutes, got my keys cut and the cost was less than the hardware store. I'm so happy they got it done correctly the first time so I didn't have to go back. Definitely recommend if you need keys cut here and also great customer service. There is also lots of free street parking outside and a nice café across the street.

I had a broken lock and could not use my door. They were here within hours of my call. They installed a new doorknob and lock and cut additional keys at the spot.I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly
