The Sales/Service Team (Zimmam) are customer focused, friendly, professional and are able to quickly identify what is required and set up a service call that meets your needs. The Service Rep (David) that was sent out to my home was very excellent, friendly, professional and very experienced, he quickly identified the problem and rather than immediately suggesting a new lock, he was able to fix the existing lock, saving me money while providing excellent care and attention.
