I reached out to Western Summit after getting some lukewarm and off putting responses from a couple of other companies. Chad listened to my concerns and responded quickly. I had unusual power outages at my home that I thought was caused by a squirrel in my attic. Chad scheduled someone for first thing the next morning. Matt arrived promptly and I got great service from him. I was very appreciative of his diligence in locating the source of my problem and not just sticking with the squirrel issue which was not the root cause.
