First you receive a lovely a neck and shoulder massage while your feet soak, then you receive an incredibly relaxing foot and lower leg massage and reflexology treatment. “So calming and relaxing. I did a 120m session in the afternoon during Fifa week, and it was SOO quiet. When you first walk in, theres a little path that takes you up through a lovely set of living green walls and youre met with a door that welcomes you to the front desk. theres an orientation video you have to watch that walk you through the process - it kinda felt a bit black mirror-y in terms of that experience, but in the most positive way?

Then, when youre inside your unit, the first room is the changeroom with everything you need - towels, exfoliating towels, toilet with bidet, etc. Then comes the whole experience. The soak was absolutely lovely and perfect temperature. The stones were hot, but not uncomfortable. The cold plunge was cold, but not unbearable. There is also tea, and water for you to stay hydrated. The room was beautifully laid out and thoughtfully planned.

The sauna room was my absolute FAVORITE!! It starts off with the salt stones lit up, and then it slowly fades out to complete darkness. Ive never felt such a strange sensation of being completely blind while in the perfect amount of heat.

I would definitely recommend coming here to get your mind off things, or even just to experience it.“

“We were staying at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel where the spa is located and when we asked the hotel restaurant staff about SANATIO Spa as something to do our last day in Vancouver, they did not know anything about it to recommend it to us or not. Such a shame they didn’t know to tell us: A DEFINITE MUST!! I have had this neck and shoulder pain since before leaving for vacation and this massage was just what I needed. My husband and I agree that it was an amazing, relaxing experience. If we had known, we maybe would’ve gotten longer, full body massages or even come again during our stay here!
