The staff is highly knowledgeable, super friendly, and provides excellent service with great follow up. They are very helpful, patient, and offer a great experience. Espressotec is an awesome place for coffee lovers who appreciate the simple joy of making a great espresso.
What an awesome place for coffee lovers. I needed a service on my espresso machine and Melanie, who runs the service department, was amazing! Had an issue with my Bazzera espresso machine so I decided to call EspressoTec. Had the pleasure of talking to Seamus. Even though they do not service Bazzera espresso machines, Seamus was very helpful laying down my options. He is very knowledgeable and patient. It was a great experience.
